IT Programme Manager

Electronic Management of the IT delivery resource pool within EPM/Project Server 2010
Support the IT Delivery Management team in the resource allocation of Project teams
Ensure timesheets are correctly updated across the project structures
Consultation with Delivery and Capability Development Managers to ensure that resourcing decisions are aligned with project requirements and candidate skills
Perform resource pool maintainance within the EPM environment under the direction and ownership of the ITDM
Provide resource and Project specific MI to scheduled and ad-hoc requirements
Provide EPM support and knowledge sharing IT Delivery resources as required
Identifying and participating in any training and development to maintain a high level of efficiency and accuracy
Escalate significant resourcing conflicts and risks to the IT Programme Manager
Offering innovations and identifying where systems and processes could be refined to improve productivity
Identification and escalation of Risks and Issues to IT Delivery Managers
Assist the ITDM in the creation of an environment conducive to the delivery of IT projects in the most cost and time effecient manner
Ensure proper document control is applied to all project documentation
Monitor EPM performance and identify improvements
Supporting the ITDM in coordination activities between different teams at different locations
Ad-hoc project tasks as required
