The website (herein referred to as “the Site”) is the property of and operated by Barclay Search Limited (also referred to as “Barclay”, “we”, “our” and “us”) for the purpose of the provision of recruitment services. This Site is offered to you on the Terms and Conditions set out below and by using this Site you accept these Terms and Conditions regardless of whether you choose to register with us or not. We reserve the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time through making amendments to this page.
You may access the majority of this Site without the requirement of registering your details with us. However, certain pages are only open to you if you register your details and if you do so, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms in full.
You may not use the Site for any of the following purposes:
- To post or upload any inaccurate or information that is false or which you have not obtained all required approvals for.
- To post or upload any unlawful, harmful, libelous, abusive, threatening, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable material.
- To upload any material which contains any virus or disabling devises that interfere with the operation of the Site or software to crash, delay or otherwise damage the use of the Site.

We comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 which governs our use of Curriculum Vitaes and any personal information supplied to us by users of this Site.

In registering with this Site, and for each time you log in thereafter, you will require the use of a username and password to access certain pages. We accept no liability for any unauthorized or improper use of these details and they should not be disclosed to anyone. The security of your username and password are solely your responsibility and you agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of either.

We take no responsibility for the Site being unavailable whilst we make improvements and amendments or due to technical reasons beyond our control.
